Here is a breakdown of the current bedding I have on our main bedroom bed. All of the pieces are from Target, and very affordable! I mixed and matched some linen and quilted pieces, and added a small decorative pillow. Read on to see the exact items I have as well as some others I contemplated getting!

Linen Comforter
The first piece I started with in this bedding arrangement was the comforter. I knew I absolutely wanted a big, fluffy, white comforter. When I found this one by Casaluna at Target, I knew it was the one! It’s a set that comes with the comforter and two matching linen pillow shams.
Linen Sheets
After feeling how comfy and soft the linen comforter was I knew I wanted linen sheets to go with it! I went with the same brand, Casaluna. I thought about getting white sheets to match, but having a white comforter is already a little stressful for me, so I decided on colored sheets. The sage green sheets matched the throw pillow I went with, which was perfect! The sheet set comes with a fitted sheet, top sheet, and two pillow cases.

Quilted Pillow Shams
I absolutely LOVE quilts. I’ve always loved how soft and weighted they are. I almost got an Opalhouse quilt instead of the linen comforter. We will probably add one in the winter. These quilted pillow shams are a great way to add that quilted texture. The ones I chose are so soft! Every color they come in would have went well with my color scheme so it was hard to choose just one color! For the pillow inserts, I fond some standard sized pillows that were about $8 each! Pairing that with these pillow shams was cheaper than getting the large one-piece decorative pillows.

Tassel Throw Pillow
Although I’m not a huge fan of pillows that don’t have removable covers, I had to have this one! I love how it ties all of the colors in the bedding together and leaves room to change the color scheme in the future.

Here are some other pillows of all different sizes that I also thought about adding. I held off to see what my current setting looked like though. I’ll probably add some of these further into fall!

Let me know if you try any of these pieces in your room! I wold love to see photos, so make sure we’re connected on instagram! Also, don’t forget to pin this post to your Pinterest board to save the ideas for later!
